Georgann provides consultative and training services to Fortune 100 international organizations across a broad spectrum of industries, including commercial, government, and non-profit. She is the Managing Director of Tiger Consulting, a firm that optimizes the talents and results of individuals and organizations.
Georgeann specializes in developing and implementing innovative business solutions for diverse organizational structures. Her combined management experience with American Home Products and MetLife and years of training experience has readily helped organizations increase productivity and success. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and received her MA in Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Bill teaches improvisation and has 13 years of workshop experience for corporations, education, entrepreneurs, executives, and private gatherings. His specialized keynotes utilize his immense creative skill in applied improvisation as the core experiential technique to achieve the organizer’s goal.
Author of Improvisational Leaders, Bill is passionate about developing custom training programs, where his improvisation principles address companies' highest-level business issues. Bill's extensive business background includes creating four startups and serving small and large businesses alike.
Nique consults across strategy, products, and tech platforms, specializing in process-driven consulting. She creates roadmaps for clients in product, genAI, SaaS, marketing, and business programming, having created the project management strategy for a client contract valued at $100MM.
Nique's clients include executives and small businesses alike across the levels of the enterprise. She is a strong cross-functional team leader who addressed operational efficiencies to meet world-class KPIs in operations and healthcare. A skilled project manager, she leads executive client workshops, and developed a solutions suite marketing campaign that reached over 30,000 end users to realize a 30%+ increase in customer engagement. She received her MBA from Georgetown, and BSc from University of Maryland.
