By leveraging established and proprietary assessments, tools, and best practices, he develops and delivers customized training and coaching solutions that drive meaningful and lasting results. 


Specializing in organizational development, leadership, team and conflict dynamics, staff development, change management, and process optimization, Christopher's discerning, collaborative, empathetic, and pragmatic style fosters trust and engagement. He is sought after for both straightforward and unique needs that require a special approach and a high regard for confidentiality and integrity.

Georgann provides consultative and coaching solutions to Fortune 100 international organizations across a broad spectrum of industries, including commercial, government, and non-profit. As the Managing Director of Tiger Consulting, she focuses on organizational development by optimizing the talents and results of individuals and organizations. 


Georgeann specializes in developing and implementing customized training and innovative business solutions for diverse organizational structures. Her combined management experience with American Home Products and MetLife, along with years of training expertise, has significantly helped organizations increase productivity and achieve success. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and earned her MA in Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Bill teaches improvisation and brings 13 years of experience in conducting workshops for corporations, education, entrepreneurs, executives, and private gatherings. His specialized keynotes utilize his immense creative skill in applied improvisation as the core experiential technique to help achieve the company's goals through effective coaching solutions. 


As the author of Improvisational Leaders, Bill is passionate about developing customized training programs that address the highest-level business issues faced by organizations. His tailored programs draw from a wealth of studies—including The PIT, Magnet, Squirrel, Viola Spolin, UCB, Pack Theater, WGIS—and feature performances across New York City stages like the Jan Hus Theater, The Producer’s Club, Magnet, and The PIT. Bill's extensive background in organizational development includes creating four startups and serving both small and large businesses.

Angela, a former C&RS member, worked closely with Christopher and others on various projects focused on strategic planning, change management, marketing, business, and staff development, including tailored coaching solutions and customized training initiatives. She is now the proud President and Chief Executive Officer of Inroads to Opportunities, where she promotes organizational development. Angela has also held senior leadership roles at several top consulting and professional services firms across various verticals in NJ and NYC. 


Angela has received numerous statewide accolades, including being recognized among the Best 50 Women in Business in New Jersey by NJBIZ Magazine and nominated for Garden State Woman of the Year. She holds a Master of Arts in corporate and organizational communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and business administration from Upsala College.

We have added resources that consult with clients on marketing campaigns, including the development of a recent comprehensive strategy framework and roadmap valued at $100 million. Our newer consultants have experience in designing product roadmaps and managing change for SaaS and tech platform implementations. Recent results include increasing customer engagement and service adoption rates by over 30% for an audience of 30,000-50,000 users in under 7 months. Additionally, we have helped clients integrate generative AI and related technologies to operationalize their product solutions, with a focus on organizational development.
