Georgann provides consultative and training services to Fortune 100 international organizations across a broad spectrum of industries, including commercial, government, and non-profit. She is the Managing Director of Tiger Consulting, a firm that optimizes the talents and results of individuals and organizations.
Georgeann specializes in developing and implementing innovative business solutions for diverse organizational structures. Her combined management experience with American Home Products and MetLife and years of training experience has readily helped organizations increase productivity and success. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and received her MA in Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Bill teaches improvisation and has 13 years of workshop experience for corporations, education, entrepreneurs, executives, and private gatherings. His specialized keynotes utilize his immense creative skill in applied improvisation as the core experiential technique to achieve the company's goal.
Author of Improvisational Leaders, Bill is passionate about developing custom training programs, where his improvisation principles address companies' highest-level business issues. His custom-built programs draw from a plethora of studies—The PIT, Magnet, Squirrel, Viola Spolin, UCB, Pack Theater, WGIS—and performances across New York City stages, like the Jan Hus Theater, The Producer’s Club, Magnet, and The PIT. Bill's extensive business background includes creating four startups and serving small and large businesses alike.
Angela, a previous C&RS member, collaborated with Christopher and others on several projects related to strategic planning, change management, marketing, business, and staff development. She is now the proud President and Chief Executive Officer of Inroads to Opportunities. She has also held senior leadership roles at several top consulting and professional services firms across various verticals in NJ and NYC.
Angela has received numerous statewide accolades, including being celebrated among the Best 50 Women in Business in New Jersey by NJBIZ Magazine and nominated for Garden State Woman of the Year. She holds a Master of Arts in corporate and organizational communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and business administration from Upsala College.
